26 Artists from West-Germany in takt kunstprojektraum in Friedrichshain.  Each of us has one square-meter of East-Germany to install his or her work. Withered landscapes, sights unseen from the former golden west.

Are west germans tourists in the east? will they always remain so?  Does the legendary East-West integration exist (and where are those blosomming landscapes anyway?)?  The fall of the wall offered the opportunity to experience the transformation of a  system believed to be stable.

The essential transformation must ultimately be resolved in the minds of those affected (the people, the populous).  This situation is transfused to the artwork, manifested at first through the artist's action but ultimately by engaging the viewer.
